What we collect
When you use the support chat, we collect the messages you send. If you contact us while the founders are offline, you may also provide your email address so they can reply to your inquiry. When you submit a contact form or request a free sample, we collect the name, email address, message, and other details you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver your requested sample, and determine whether we can work together. An email address provided through the offline chat form is used only to reply to that chat inquiry. It is never used for marketing, mailing lists, profiling, or promotional messages.
Where it is stored
The support chat conversation, including visitor messages and replies, is transmitted to a private platform. Chat conversations and offline-chat email addresses are accessible only to StayBe's founders, Jovan and Ivan; no other StayBe team member can view them. Other submissions are processed through our automation infrastructure and stored on EU servers; only Ivan and Jovan have access to that data.
How long we keep it
We retain submitted data for 12 months from the date of submission, then delete it.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. If you decline or make no choice, it does not load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's stored cookie preference.
Third parties
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to infrastructure providers needed to operate the site and, if you accept analytics cookies, to Google as our analytics provider.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the European Union, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected]; we will process your request within 30 days.
